Record established routines
Write down the routines already agreed for your pet. Include where supplies live and who is responsible for each regular task.
Separate notes from instructions
Use one section for observations and another for current instructions from the professionals caring for your pet. Do not turn a guess into a treatment instruction.
Review together
When care is shared, check the notebook together periodically. Remove outdated information and make sure the people involved can access the current version.
